Exchange and Returns

Exchange Process:

Exchanges, returns and refunds up to 30 days after receiving the product:

BeShoes accepts exchanges of products that meet the following requirements:

  • They are in the same condition in which they were sold.
  • They show no signs of use and remain in perfect condition.
  • They come with the original packaging and all leaflets.
  • Accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

Exchange Procedure :

  1. Send an email to geral @beshoes .pt , indicating the intention to exchange, the reason and the product desired as a replacement.
  2. After contacting and following instructions from Customer Support, send the item to the following address:

Note : Orders sent for exchange without prior contact with Customer Support will be refused.

After receiving and checking the condition of the item, the customer will be notified by email about the acceptance of the exchange and any amounts to be adjusted. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable, and the shipping costs for the new item will be charged to the customer.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange :

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Sealed items that have been opened (for hygiene and safety reasons).
  • Reusable masks (excluded from the exchange policy for hygiene and safety reasons).
